Nautor Swan is transferring 60% of its shares to Sanlorenzo to boost its global reputation and growth.
Nautor Swan, a leader in the sailing yacht industry since 1966, has built its reputation on innovation and excellence, producing yachts ranging from 28 to 131 feet. The company offers a wide range of services, including Nautor Swan Charter and Brokerage, Nautor Swan Global Service, and ClubSwan Racing, while also hosting ClubSwan, a virtual yacht club for Swan enthusiasts.
Today, Nautor Swan announced a strategic partnership with Sanlorenzo, transferring 60% of its shares to Sanlorenzo ownership, aiming to strengthen its global reputation and facilitate growth. The agreement includes a four-year integration plan, leading to a full transfer by 2028, creating the largest player in the high-end nautical segment. This partnership will enhance product excellence, production processes, and the sales network, with a focus on advanced materials and sustainability.
