Sanlorenzo participates Milano Design Week 2024

From April 16 to 28, the University of Milan's historic courtyard hosts an installation showcasing Sanlorenzo's marine sustainability commitment, featuring Bluegame's BGH-HSV project.

Designed by architect Piero Lissoni, 'Sustainable Underwater Balance' (SUB) invites visitors to explore an underwater world symbolizing purity and ocean conservation. Central to the exhibit is Sanlorenzo's BGH-HSV model, a 10-meter vessel powered by hydrogen foils, highlighting sustainability. The installation fosters reflection on environmental stewardship through digital reconstructions and underwater scenarios.

Visitors are taken into an underwater universe where a lot of virtual reality will be used.

There will be a tunnel of water. Visitors will walk inside the water and see the water from underneath and see everything from the other side.

CEO Carla Demaria emphasizes Bluegame's dedication to marine sustainability. Open to the public until April 28, 2024, SUB brings a slice of the sea to the University of Milan.

‘SUB’ is a creation of architect Piero Lissoni, Sanlorenzo’s Art Director since 2018.
