Remarks :
Steel displacement motor boat offers comfortable long-distance cruising with a practical two-cabin layout and spacious deck saloon. Originally overhauled by Linssen Werft in 2003/2004, the yacht has spent the majority of its life cruising inland waterways before being relocated to Greece in 2024. The interior features traditional timber joinery throughout with generous accommodation for extended stays aboard.
The yacht benefits from a Volvo Penta diesel engine with recent maintenance including a new alternator (2023), shaft seal packing replacement (2024), and a new Lowrance Link-9 VHF with antenna (2024). With both inside and outside hydraulic helm positions, bow thruster, diesel heating and a spacious owner’s cabin aft, she is well suited to relaxed island hopping and liveaboard cruising.

Casa Nova is a solid steel displacement motor boat with a comfortable and practical layout that works particularly well for extended cruising or spending time aboard with family and friends. The spacious aft owner’s cabin, generous saloon and convertible dinette create a sociable interior, while the deck saloon and dual helm positions provide excellent visibility and easy handling underway.
The yacht has benefited from several recent upgrades including a new alternator, shaft seal work and updated VHF installation. Having spent most of her life on inland waterways, the boat has seen relatively sheltered use before making the journey to Greece in 2024.
She is currently ashore in Cleopatra Marina, Preveza, and although some cosmetic and maintenance works are required, this represents an opportunity for a new owner to complete the remaining jobs and enjoy a capable and characterful cruising motor boat with spacious accommodation and proven long-distance capability.

Since October 2024 the yacht has been stored ashore at Cleopatra Marina, Preveza. From 2004 until June 2024, Casa Nova operated exclusively on inland waterways.
