Sirena 48 hybrid yacht will make its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024

The Turkish builder Sirena Yachts is set to debut its first-ever Sirena 48 hybrid yacht at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024. This innovative model features a serial hybrid propulsion system, sleek coupé styling, and integrated solar panels.

Capable of operating silently and emission-free for up to eight hours, the yacht is driven by twin 213kW electric motors. The redesigned superstructure enhances elegance and performance, offering a sportier look while improving natural light in the saloon area. The hybrid system promises quieter, more efficient cruising, reducing fuel consumption and maintenance costs. Sirena Yachts continues to push the boundaries of sustainable yachting with this groundbreaking model.

The Sirena 48 hybrid yacht can travel up to 30 nautical miles in silent electric mode, using its large battery bank before the variable speed generators activate. This allows for quiet, emission-free departures from harbors or anchorages, avoiding the noise and pollution of diesel systems.
