ARES YACHTS Unveils Innovative 50.55m SPITFIRE Superyacht

ARES YACHTS has introduced the 50.55-meter SPITFIRE, a groundbreaking superyacht designed to set new standards in modern yachting. Named after the iconic Supermarine Spitfire aircraft, this vessel promises a blend of sleek design, advanced technology, and high performance.

Key Features:

Design and Build: SPITFIRE is crafted with advanced composites and draws on the successful hull design of the ARES 150 BOLD offshore patrol vessel. Its elegant, contemporary lines and low-profile superstructure, designed by Bannenberg & Rowell, feature dark glass and military grey accents, complemented by a rounded bow and a low explorer stern.

Performance: The yacht boasts impressive performance with a maximum speed of 22 knots and a cruising range of up to 2,200 nautical miles, extendable to 3,500 nautical miles with additional tankage. Its hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system allows for silent operation and flexibility, including a stealthy electric mode.

Interior and Living Spaces: The interior, also designed by Bannenberg & Rowell, emphasizes flexibility and modern living. The beach club area, accessible through a stylish upward-opening door, offers two layout options: a luxurious lounge and cinema or a fully-equipped gym. The main and upper decks feature expansive indoor-outdoor spaces with sliding glass walls and doors, enhancing the yacht’s versatility for social gatherings.

Accommodation: The owner's suite, located forward on the main deck, features a freestanding bed with panoramic views, a private cockpit with a Jacuzzi, and an outdoor movie theatre. The yacht includes four guest cabins below deck, all with generous dimensions and ample storage.

Construction Timeline: The composite hull construction is set to begin in 2025, leveraging ARES YACHTS’ expertise in high-quality fibreglass to ensure SPITFIRE’s exceptional speed and low displacement.

ARES YACHTS’ Chairman, Kerim Kalafatoğlu, highlights the yacht’s focus on speed, lightweight construction, and iconic design, reflecting a progressive approach to modern yachting.
