Project R15: M/Y Mirabella Refit Underway at Mengi Yay
Mengi Yay Shipyard has begun Project R15, a comprehensive refit of M/Y Mirabella, currently underway at Reviva Refit by Mengi Yay in Istanbul.
The yacht arrived in September 2025 and is scheduled for delivery on 15 April 2026, following a tightly managed refit period of approximately six and a half months.
The project is overseen by Rob Dolling of VERPEKA DOLLING Superyachts, acting as Owner’s Representative and Technical Manager, working closely with the shipyard to ensure quality, technical integrity, and schedule adherence. R15 marks the shipyard’s 15th major refit since 2017.
Key upgrades include a full interior re-varnishing and upholstery renewal, extensive electrical and lighting modernization, complete exterior repainting of hull and superstructure, and lifestyle-focused deck upgrades such as a new jacuzzi, redesigned exterior seating, and a transformer integrated into the swimming platform.
