New 70.1m Hakvoort Superyacht Order Signed
Royal Hakvoort has secured a new build order for a 70.1m (230ft) luxury motor yacht, Project YN258—the largest yacht ever constructed by the Dutch yard. The project was sold in cooperation with 26 North Yachts, with Arrow Monaco overseeing new build management.
Designed for long-range global cruising, YN258 will feature exterior and interior styling by Sinot Yacht Design and naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design. Key highlights include a touch-and-go helipad, sports court, swimming pool, and a wide 11.6m beam for generous deck spaces.
The yacht will host 14 guests across seven suites, including two owners’ suites on separate decks. Crew comfort is a major focus, with space for 20 crew, a large mess, and a dedicated gym.
Klaas Hakvoort described YN258 as a “milestone” for the Hakvoort yard, noting it’s their largest build to date.
