Swedish boat builder founded by Ivar Gustafsson and best known for it's luxury powerboats. The company is located at Västervik, Sweden. Still in business building large yachts and commercial craft.

Mathew and John Hornsby are two brothers with a passion for boat building. In 1995 they decided to turn their pastime into a business, creating handcrafted wooden power boats from their Mother’s garden shed. They took the name Williams from their Mother’s maiden name.
In 2004 Roy Parker joined the team and together focused efforts on building a range of performance jet tenders for yachts.

Groupe Alliaura Marine was formed in 1996 by SGGR Holdings when the organisation bought Jeantot Marine, the originator and builder of the Privilege line of luxury catamarans. The brand continued to flourish under the new ownership with the development of new maufacturing techniques and a confident evolution of the designs themselves to address changes in the market. With the regular launch of models, Privilege yachts still sets new standards in production luxury cruising multihulls.

Alliaura Marine introduced the Transcat range of power catamarans in 1998 and in 2000 the company bought Kirié, the maker of the Feeling range of sailing monohulls and J Composites, the builder of J Boats.
