THIS GORGEOUS VERY GOOD FARING CE-C CERTIFIED NORDIC 40-36 SPECIAL DESIGN COMPLETELY WITH SAUNA AND PELLET HEATING ( 5 meters wide by 12,21 long (includingsupport with engine 13,60) IS DISTRIBUTED FOR THE YEAR 2023 IN THE NETHERLANDS BUT IS ALSO, due to PRIVATE CONDITIONS, COMPLETED IN THE SALE AND NOT IN USE.
If the color is not your taste you can have the window frames wrapped in another color.
Price is now reduced. Very suitable for 1 or 2 people who want to live on it or recreate on it and also want good boating. If the sauna is not wanted with can use this as storage and sell the sauna installation possibly. Very strong and tough and quality houseboat at nice price. The Floats are made of Polythene with a notch on the bottom to allow for more grip on the water while sailing. The frame is built of aluminum making the houseboat easy and light to sail. The side decks make boating a lot safer than standard houseboats of this size.
By using the natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood, this boat exudes a warmth and coziness that you won't find anywhere else.
