Are you looking for a new yacht for the price of a used yacht? Then you have now found it.
The Gib Sea 84 is a timeless classic built in 1985 and really everything on this boat has been updated, a summary:
Interior:
All wall coverings have been replaced with artificial leather.
Woodwork and polyester is painted in the Double coat of the IJssel.
Front cabin is 15 cm extended and equipped with new mattresses (17 cm thick).
Rear cabin also mattress and cover replaced, and also the salon has been reupholstered.
All lighting and cables have been replaced with Led lighting, as well as the rest of the wiring and switch panel.
USB ports have been installed here and there for charging phones or tablets.
The ceiling has been renewed with waterproof glued Meranti.
The furniture maker from Zwolle has made a new mahogany coffee table.
New is the exhaust system in the cabin and engine room so that no foul odors remain in the boat.
The water system has new hoses, an ultra quiet pump and new faucets.
Also new are the heater, battery charger, batteries, cooling system and all Lewmar windows.
Exterior:
New Selftailing winches by Harken.
All halyard stoppers by Spinlock and the blocks at the mast foot.
6 new scepters and pots with new sea rail.
New anchor plate and Delta anchor with Lofrans electric anchor winch.
All navigation equipment has been renewed as well as the navigation lights, performed in Led.
The rigging was replaced in 2019 and the 4 stainless steel frogs are also new.
The engine is from 2001 and has 900 engine hours.
The sails have never been used and are from 2022.
