This beautiful Castalia Special design CE-D sailing houseboat complete with roof terrace, floor heating, air conditioning etc. can be bought including a beautiful private berth at the Sneekermeer, Netherlands. But the houseboat can also be bought separately if you have a nice place of your own available.
The price of 285,000 euro excluding VAT is for the houseboat. The wide berth costs 155,000 euros excluding VAT and transfer tax. This is a berth with a green headland and space for one/two dinghies and with a nice finger pier next to it. See the movie attached to this ad. Truly a beautiful spot!
The houseboat is fully furnished and barely used. Good sailing, stern and bow thruster, full solar panels 12 of them, pretty much self-sufficient.Two beautiful large double bedrooms with lots of storage space. The owners have chosen the finest materials in construction.

She is sustainably built on completely maintenance free plastic PE floats and a galvanized steel frame with bumper. Timber frame construction with steel frame as superstructure. Strong composite decking (Profidek parts dark gray) on the front and rear deck (and side edge). On the outside, beautiful Platowood was chosen as cladding.
The bottom is fully insulated, as well as the floor and walls. The insulated low-maintenance walls are decorated inside with beautiful panelwood cladding which creates a very warm atmosphere in the boat.
