Zygal boats was a boat builder up until the mid 1980s when they went out of business.

Originally located in Canada, then moved to Argentina.

Following the collapse of Cavalier Yachts, New Zealand, Jim Lawry formed Export Yachts Ltd in the early 1980s believing that export was the future for the company, and a number of Cavalier 39s were sent to Australia and the United States.

C & L Marine from Kaohsiung in Taiwan built production and semi-custom yachts. Their Sea Ranger models enjoyed a good deal of popularity in the late 70s and throoughout the 80s. Their rugged construction was affordable. In the late 80s until 1991 Sea Ranger were produced by King Yachts. Now they are no longer in production.

Though the company still exists (2009), it no longer manufactures boats.
