The spacious salon with beautiful upholstery and folding bench (total 4 + 1 sleeping places), front cabin with recent mattress topper. Large hanging and storage closet, new hot air heating, separate toilet with chemical toilet and sink. The LM 28 also has shore power, Multiplus 1600 battery charger-inverter, service battery (2023) and start battery (2025), 12/220V battery charger. Compass (2024), VHF radio, depth sounder (2022), autopilot and chart plotter (2022). The sailboat is hauled out of the water every winter and regularly serviced.
