Very neat and well-sailing motorsailer. This LM-28 has the sailing characteristics of a well-sailing and stable sharp yacht, but also the comfort of a motorsailer. This motorsailer also has interior and exterior steering, a fixed wheelhouse with a skylight and attachable cockpit tent, bow thruster, stainless steel mast lowering installation, neat sails; mainsail ('13) with cover, 135% roller genoa (2013) with UV strip, downhaul, lines to the cockpit, 2x winches, large folding cockpit table, neat cockpit cushions, small kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove and sink with running water. The spacious salon with beautiful upholstery and folding bench (total 4 + 1 sleeping places), front cabin with recent mattress topper. Large hanging and storage closet, new hot air heating, separate toilet with chemical toilet and sink. The LM 28 also has shore power, Multiplus 1600 battery charger-inverter, service battery (2023) and start battery (2025), 12/220V battery charger. Compass (2024), VHF radio, depth sounder (2022), autopilot and chart plotter (2022). The sailboat is hauled out of the water every winter and regularly serviced. The engine is very quiet (extra soundproofing around the engine). Ready for vacation, enjoyable trips! The motorsailer can pass under the Randmeren bridge (12.50 mtr.).
