Very neat and good sailing motorsailer. This LM-28 has the sailing qualities of a good and stable yacht, but also the comfort of a motorsailer. This motorsailer also has inside and outside steering, stainless steel bowsprit - step, neat sails; mainsail('03) with hood and lazy-jack, furling genoa('08 by De Vries Sails) with genoa cover, reefing, lines to cockpit, 2x winches, large folding cockpit table, neat cockpit cushions, kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and sink with running water. The spacious saloon has beautiful upholstery and can be completely closed off for extra beds. The LM28 also has shore power, 12/220V battery charger, VHF radio, log and depth sounder, autopilot and GPS. The sailboat is ashore every winter and regular engine service maintenance. The engine is very quiet (extra sound box around the engine). Ready for vacation, nice trips! The motorsailer can pass under the Randmeren bridge (12.50 mtr.).
