Beautiful and charming Lemsteraak / Vissermans-aak with large cockpit. 45 hp diesel engine 3-cil., spacious cockpit with kitchenette with 2 burner gas stove and sink, the cozy cabin has 2x cross berths in the front cabin, in the saloon is the longitudinal bench to convert into double bed and lockable toilet. Mast is glued Oregon Pine, gaff (Ash wood), mainsail (reasonable), botter jib(reasonable), jib(reasonable), mizzen(reasonable), storm jib(good), hoods over sails and koekoek, summer tent, cockpit cover(cockpit), winter cover(entire ship), outrigger mizzen, water tank, diesel tank, 2x bilge pump, compass,shore power, 3-blade propeller, windlass with ploughshare anchor and chain (35 mtr.), 2x winches, clock -baro -hygro -temp.meter, marine telephone, blocks (Elm wood), complete with construction drawings and history, etc. Last years has been renewed - renovated: propeller shaft bearing, anchor fittings, fasteners replaced by stainless steel fasteners, new gunwales, cockpit bench covers with gas springs, groundwood and slat upholstery in the cockpit benches, lummel fittings adjusted, custom made overflow in stainless steel, sound insulation engine box and floor, leech tensioner made and fitted, 2 reefing lines fitted.
