Light, Space, and Comfort
The thoughtful design is entirely focused on the maritime experience. The high-quality timber frame construction is surrounded by full-height glass facades and low-maintenance cladding, allowing beautiful daylight to flow in.
With approximately 44 m² of cozy living space, the house is fully equipped:
Bright living room with full-height water views.
Air conditioning for a pleasant climate.
Modern kitchenette fully equipped.
Two bedrooms with optimal privacy for the whole group.
Luxury bathroom with shower and sink, plus a separate toilet.
Sustainable climate: A modern air-water heat pump ensures comfortable warmth even on cold days.
The Ultimate Outdoor Living: Two Spacious Terraces Enjoy the sun and water to the fullest on two fantastic levels:
The Open Veranda (15 m²): Located at the bow, perfect for a peaceful breakfast at the water's edge.
The Spacious Roof Terrace (25 m²): Located on the upper deck. The ultimate spot to sunbathe all day or have a drink with a larger group.
High-Quality Aluminum Technology & Dual Locker Unlike standard concrete versions, this model is placed on a seawater-resistant aluminum catamaran base. This reduces the weight to only about 14 tons, with a minimum draft of 50 to 60 centimeters. The hulls are also equipped with a smart "dual locker" system: two integrated, waterproof storage lockers in the floats for additional technology or storage.
Stormproof Docking System: Stable as a House The houseboat is connected to the pier with a fixed, double mechanical mooring system (docking system). This robust construction with vertical guidance flawlessly handles water level differences and ensures an extremely stable, quiet position. This eliminates flapping mooring lines and squeaking fenders for good.... whole text
