Floating 44-2 (powerboat) for sale

The Floating 44 is a holiday home built on a concrete pontoon. It combines the charm of a houseboat with modern design. With its comfortable furnishings, it meets the requirements of a beautiful holiday home and offers space for a family vacation in an exceptional location.

The pontoon can accommodate up to 25 people on board, making it ideal for convivial evenings with a large group. The 44 square meters of living space, equipped with a modern air-source heat pump, ensure comfortable living even on cold days. However, it's even more enjoyable to soak up the sun, wind, and water on the 15 m² terrace at the bow or the 25 m² terrace on the upper deck. A full bathroom with a washbasin and shower, as well as a separate WC with a washbasin, are standard features, as are a fully equipped kitchenette and living area. The interior spaces and two terraces offer ample privacy for everyone.

This houseboat is a well-maintained, one-owner property and is available for private use or as an investment property for rental (plus VAT).

The berth in the idyllic Marina Zehdenick on the Prerauer Stich can be taken over.
