Modèle emblématique du chantier CRANCHI créé et dessiné par Monsieur Aldo CRANCHI lui même, il a reçu une rénovation totale. En 2020, il a reçu une nouvelle paire mécanique avec toujours des VOLVO mais nouvelle génération en D6 / 370 HP qui ont actuellement 430 heures de marche. Il a toujours été hiverné à terre et couvert par son taud complet. Durant cette rénovation, il a reçu une nouvelle plateforme de bain celle du modèle identique mais en 41'. Un revêtement teck massif dans le cockpit et plage arrière, un taud bimini complet avec ses fermetures arrières et latérales, un taud de soleil arrière fixé sur le roll bar en polyester, un groupe électrogène de 3 kva avec refroidissement à air HONDA, un climatisation réversible dans le carré et cabines, une électronique complète RAYMARINE récente, un propulseur d'étrave, bain de soleil avant, une télécommande de guindeau sur l'avant, un parc batteries (2) supplémentaire, une annexe avec son moteur HB,
