Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 – Exclusive 2-Cabin Owner's Version
Magnificent Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 in the highly sought-after 2-cabin owner's layout, a configuration especially appreciated by sailors looking for superior comfort, generous living space, and exceptional storage capacity for extended cruising.
Designed by Philippe Briand, this model is renowned for its outstanding sailing performance, balanced handling under sail, and an interior layout that offers significantly more space than the three or four-cabin versions.
Forward, the owner's cabin features a large centreline double berth, hanging lockers, and abundant storage throughout. A spacious aft guest cabin provides a second comfortable double berth. The bright and airy saloon offers a large dining area with a central table and opposing settees, creating an exceptionally comfortable living space.
The fully equipped L-shaped galley allows for practical and safe cooking both underway and at anchor. The yacht also benefits from a generous navigation station and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower compartment.
On deck, she features a large protected cockpit, wide and secure side decks, and an extensive bathing platform that provides easy access to the water.
An ideal yacht for both coastal cruising and offshore passages, combining comfort, safety, and excellent sailing performance.
This particular yacht underwent a major refit in 2024, including the complete replacement of the exterior electronics with a full Garmin navigation package. At the same time, a complete new suit of sails was installed, and the mainsail system was converted from in-mast furling to a conventional hoisted mainsail, significantly improving sailing performance.
The yacht has just completed her June 2026 haul-out, with all routine maintenance carried out and is ready for her next owner.... tam metin
