Some boats are for cruising. Some are for fishing. Some are for taking family and friends out for the day. The Beneteau Flyer 8.8 SpaceDeck apparently refused to choose and decided to do almost everything.
With a 9.00 m overall length, 2.94 m beam and Beneteau's highly versatile SpaceDeck layout, this boat provides generous deck space, easy movement onboard and plenty of flexibility for family cruising, swimming, fishing or simply spending the whole day at sea.
And then we come to the engine, because there is an important part of the story here.
Suzuki DF350ATXX V6, 4,390 cc and 350 HP.
The engine meter shows 1,036 total hours, but looking only at that number would tell only half the story.
The engine has undergone extensive reconditioning, including significant work involving the engine block.
This therefore isn't simply a Suzuki DF350 with 1,036 hours in its original mechanical condition. Significant investment has already been made in the engine, renewing a fundamental part of its mechanics and giving those recorded hours a very different context.
Full technical details of the work are available upon request.
