Alfastreet Yachts 25 Cabin Evo pairs a Yamaha F250DETX 250 hp outboard with a two-berth cabin and a Lewmar bow thruster in this 2023 demo boat.
The cabin holds a bed with mattress and 2 berths. Cabin fittings include wooden lockers to port of the entrance, teak veneer flooring, tinted side windows and indirect LED lighting. A galley unit with sink, tap and single-burner gas cooker is also included. The electric toilet runs with a vacuum pump and self-priming macerator, served by a 60 l water and waste tank. A 30 l Silver Edition drawer fridge and a shower on the bathing platform round out the comfort package.
On deck, the cockpit centres on helm and co-helm seats adjustable for both height and reach, a folding HPL Teak table with four drink holders, lockers under the seats and additional cockpit stowage. Boarding doors are fitted on both sides, and a custom tinted stainless steel windscreen with a walk-through door opens the way to the foredeck, where UV-resistant sun cushions and stainless rails are installed. Permateek covers the deck, cockpit and aft area, while a bimini top with grey canvas and stainless supports is fitted over the cockpit.
At the helm there is a Raymarine Axiom 7 chartplotter with DTS (depth, temperature, speed), together with a Fusion stereo featuring touchscreen, Bluetooth, USB, Wi-Fi and three marine speakers. The boat is finished with a Pure Grey deck, white hull and black underwater section with two coats of antifouling.
Hull dimensions are 7.50 m by 2.40 m, with a 0.50 m draft and a weight of 2100 kg. CE design category C covers up to 8 people. Fuel capacity is 270 l and fresh water 50 l.
Deck and system equipment includes a Lewmar 2.0 kW bow thruster with joystick control, an anchor windlass with polished stainless bow roller, a 5 kg anchor and 25 m of chain, electric knife trim tabs and an electrically operated engine hatch. The 12V installation is fed by a 95 Ah starter battery and a 110 Ah service battery with a main switchboard, 12V and USB sockets. Safety gear covers navigation and anchor lights, two automatic bilge pumps plus a manual one, and two automatic fire extinguishing systems in the engine compartment.
