Descrição +
"Sweden Yacht Comfort 34 – Priced for quick sales as is in Marina de Portima, Portugal"
Beautiful classic "Sweden Yacht C 34", production number 204, version with 2 cabins + 1 bathroom and a amazing layout for live aboard and good storage solutions. The sailboat has oceanic characteristics and robust construction just like the other well known brands from Sweden and the Nordic Countries like Hallberg-Rassy, Malö, Najad, Swan etc. Cockpit in teak with steering wheel, electronic panel and seats on both sides. Small teak platform at the stern with bathing ladder for easy access to the sea.
When you come down the stairs to the salon, you are immediately greeted by the impression of quality that the well-known Swedish west coast boats express, with robust, top-class teak/mahogany interior mixed with blue textiles in very good condition, a large salon with chart table on the starboard side and electronic control panel. On the port side there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, refrigerator, double stainless-steel sink, with water taps for both seawater and freshwater with foot pumps. In the center, there is a central social table and sofas on both sides. At the stern, there is a nice large cabin with a double bed and internal cabinets, but also a great cabin/storage room on the starboard side (see the layout drawing). In the bow there is a cabin with a double bed and several storage spaces, served by a bathroom equipped with a marine toilet, a washbasin with foot pump controlled fresh water and additional storage.
Regardless of whether you are going on offshore or sailing in closer waters, this is the boat for you and there is room for the whole family to come along.
The draft is 1.85m and therefore allows you to enter even shallower waters but without losing performance during sailing.
In the cockpit, everything is optimally placed so that the boat can be easily sailed by one or two people, and with a nice large sprayhood and a great Bimini, you are also fantastically protected from the elements.
The boat was last hauled out last year (2022) and fully inspected, polished, new antifoul and a large engine service done (and documented).
This boat is priced for a relatively quick sale, and also due to the fact that the teak deck is original and could do with replacement within some years and the autopilot control box need replacement and some general updates or refresh would bring this yacht back in top shape, but something current owner can not find the time for and therefore want to sell boat as is in Portimão Marina, Portugal.
The boat's history is as far as current owner know that the first owner was from the Netherlands and sailed those areas, a second owner/couple from Belgium sailed from the north along the Atlantic coast over the Bay of Biscay and to the Algarve in Portugal and probably even spend time in the Mediterranean, but ended up in Portimão, Portugal. The current owner has even spent time both on the Algarve in Portugal, Spain, but also sailed back and forth on the Atlantic coast between Lisbon and the Algarve. This boat clearly proved herself in all kinds of sea and sailing.
