Founded by John Lu in 1987.

C & L Marine from Kaohsiung in Taiwan built production and semi-custom yachts. Their Sea Ranger models enjoyed a good deal of popularity in the late 70s and throoughout the 80s. Their rugged construction was affordable. In the late 80s until 1991 Sea Ranger were produced by King Yachts. Now they are no longer in production.

Chung Hwa Boat, CHB, was part of a three yard group owned by Y.F.Lee that was located in Kaohsiung, South Taiwan. They built mostly trawler style powerboats as well as a few sailboats for export to the US and Europe, for a number of different importers where they were sold under many different names.
It is thought that a yard of this same name still exists but located in mainland China.

Founded by Nancy and Ennals Ives at the end of 1960s.
At the begin, wooden sailboats were built.
In the 1990s, Transpac moved its building operation to the Eastern China city, of Ningbo, where they continue production of the Eagle Motoryachts.
