Luxury catamarans.

In October 2010 Seawind Catamarans acquired Corsair Marine.

Groupe Alliaura Marine was formed in 1996 by SGGR Holdings when the organisation bought Jeantot Marine, the originator and builder of the Privilege line of luxury catamarans. The brand continued to flourish under the new ownership with the development of new maufacturing techniques and a confident evolution of the designs themselves to address changes in the market. With the regular launch of models, Privilege yachts still sets new standards in production luxury cruising multihulls.

Alliaura Marine introduced the Transcat range of power catamarans in 1998 and in 2000 the company bought Kirié, the maker of the Feeling range of sailing monohulls and J Composites, the builder of J Boats.

SeaSport Boats, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company that has been manufacturing boats since 1955.
