Beautiful classic and high quality sailing yacht. This comfortable and beautifully lined yacht is in very good condition and ready to sail! High craftsmanship of the famous German yard from the former GDR and built on the German Wadden Island Rügen. This ship has been in our harbor for 22 years and has been in a shed every winter. The yacht has been with the current (3rd) owner since 2000. The owner has always kept her in optimum condition. This yacht is seaworthy, safe and has a sheltered deep cockpit. The cabin is light and spacious and the interior is classic teak. Do not wait any longer, this beautiful yacht is ready to go!

Name ship: Compaen, length 12.10 m, width 3.65 m, draft 1.45 m, year of construction 1989/1990 put into service, builder and finishing hull Bootsbau Rügen, construction number:32 (the last!), building material solid polyester, material superstructure teak, designer Siegel and Ernst, round bilge, continuous keel, deck design teak, steering wheel inside and outside, displacement approx. 9.100 kg, ballast approx.3.000 kg, 6 berths (4 x fixed), bed length front 2 m, length of bed alongside bench 1.90 m., length of bed aft 1.95 m., 3 cabins (including aft cabin), headroom salon 1.90 m., material windows glass, interior paneling solid mahogany, 2 anchors, anchor line/chain 50 m. electric anchor winch, wooden bathing ladder, bathing platform, 2 x fire extinguishers, life buoy, life raft (last inspection in 2002), bilge pump 3 x manual and electric, cockpit tent and cockpit table (removable). Hard glass windows in aluminum frame, 2x vetus hydraulic steering.
