This Jetten 45 AC offers remarkably spacious accommodation for a comfortable stay, both indoors and outdoors. The unique layout, high-quality finish, and very complete equipment give the motor yacht a luxurious and contemporary character.
The aft deck is easily accessible via the wide gangways with stainless steel railings and handrails all around. You can also easily board from the bathing platform via the integrated staircase.
The aft deck provides a pleasant place to be outdoors, featuring a spacious U-shaped deck bench that also incorporates ample storage space and a compressor refrigerator. There is plenty of room here for a long lunch, an afternoon drink, or a lovely summer evening on board. The electrically height-adjustable steering seat with a swing-back backrest makes the skipper's seat particularly comfortable as well. From the midship steering position, there is a good overview, and the skipper has a complete set of instruments at their disposal.
Access to the interior is from the aft deck. The interior is modern and tastefully finished in walnut, combined with luxurious upholstered panels, solid moldings, and Infinity flooring. The lighting plan, featuring LED lighting and ample indirect mood lighting, creates a warm ambiance, while the panoramic windows ensure plenty of natural light. The salon is furnished with a comfortable U-shaped sofa and a cabinet wall. It is a pleasant place to sit together, relax and watch TV, or end the evening.
Located in the bow is the spacious galley with an L-shaped dinette. The layout here invites you to start the day with a cup of coffee, for example, or to cook together in the evening. Adjoining this is a comfortable sleeping cabin with a freestanding bed. There are also two sanitary rooms here, both with a toilet and shower.
The aft ship is configured as a luxury owner's cabin and can rightfully be called a suite. The spacious freestanding bed, the large windows all around, and the ample closet space give this cabin a pleasant amount of room. The two en-suite sanitary rooms with toilet and shower facilities complete the picture and ensure that the owner has a particularly comfortable private space at their disposal.
This Jetten 45 AC is also very comprehensively equipped down to the details. In addition to the items listed in the specifications, the motor yacht features, among other things, a Mastervolt 24V/75A alternator with Alpha Pro II charge controller, electronic engine controls, detailed engine management readout, a Raymarine CAM220 camera on the transom, a 230V socket at the steering position, a Whisper Power Battery Monitor, and an automatic satellite antenna. There is a dual shore power connection, both forward and aft on the boat, and attention has also been paid to the smaller details with orientation lighting in the stairs, an LED-illuminated ship name on the transom, lockers in the forward and aft cabins, slatted bases under the mattresses, and integrated combi rolo's (insect screen and blackout) on the roof hatches. Stainless steel folding cleats are fitted to the bathing platform, and on the foredeck there is a stainless steel handrail with cup holders and lounge cushions. Furthermore, there are stainless steel fender holders for four fenders, and the hull is painted metallic.
