Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49I (voilier) à vendre

Remarks :
2008 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49i. Includes mooring paid up until September 2027.
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49i stands as one of naval architect Philippe Briand’s most balanced creations, combining serious offshore capability with exceptional, light-filled volume. The "i" in the moniker signifies Jeanneau's injection-moulded deck process, which significantly reduces top-weight while increasing structural rigidity for a dry, sea-kindly ride.
This particular 2008 example represents a rare finding on the market: owned by a dedicated owner who has taken a "no-expense-spared" approach to maintenance and upgrades. Crucially, the sale includes mooring paid through September 2027, offering immediate cruising without the usual post-purchase berthing hassle.
Key Maintenance History & Upgrades
Over €39,600 has been invested across recent years to ensure every major system is up-to-date:
2026 (€4,600): General maintenance service covering the sail outfit, refrigeration systems, heads overhaul, and water boiler.

2025 (€8,000): Comprehensive engine overhaul ensuring turnkey mechanical reliability.

2024 (€6,000): Underwater & ground tackle upgrades, including all-new skin fittings/seacocks, windlass service, and an upgraded 100m anchor chain.

2023 (€10,000): Canvas and electronics refresh featuring fully refurbished Bimini & Sprayhood, Webasto diesel heating installation, and new Raymarine chartplotter suite.

2022 (€11,000): Interior and electrical system overhaul with all-new interior upholstery, high-efficiency solar panel array, full LED lighting transition, and power inverter.

Layout & Interior Living
The 3-cabin configuration is widely considered the most desirable layout for private cruising, maximizing both privacy and living area.
Saloon: Flooded with natural light via sweeping deck hatches and hull portlights. Features fresh 2022 upholstery, a expansive U-shaped seating area, and an inline galley equipped with twin-tub refrigeration.

Accommodations: Three large double-berth staterooms offering excellent headroom and storage.

Heads & Showers: Three dedicated head compartments (including one electric conversion) plus a separate shower cabin—ideal for multi-week cruising with guests.

Climate & Comfort: Fitted Webasto heating (2023) ensures comfortable shoulder-season and winter passage-making.

Broker’s Verdict
A well-maintained 49-foot monohull from a marquee builder is always an attractive option, but this vessel is distinguished by its operational readiness. With its major systems overhauled, paid-up mooring through late 2027, and a comprehensive inventory, it offers an exceptionally value for money.
