A hot water boiler that heats up when the engine is running and can also be heated electrically when the boat is plugged in. Fridge/freezer, microwave (unused) and sink in the mess. Two tables, one in the wardroom, the other on the upper deck. Faeces tank (possibility of extraction in ports as well as pumping out on water). Clean water tank.
