Salpa 31.5 Laver (powerboat) for sale

Remarks :
Salpa Laver 31.5 for sale in Kent Reduced to £59,950 This 2002 Salpa Laver 31.5 is an exceptional example of this stylish Italian sports cruiser and is presented in immaculate, almost as-new condition. Having been in the ownership of the same owner for approximately 25 years, she has clearly been cherished and maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
The current owner has recently invested over £11,000 in preparing the boat for her next owner, including a lift-out, fresh antifouling, hull polish, refurbishment of the stern-drive legs and engine servicing.
The interior is particularly impressive, with a beautiful combination of cream leather upholstery and rich gloss walnut joinery, giving the accommodation a luxurious and timeless feel. The cockpit is equally well presented, benefiting from a recent cockpit cover, while the seating has always been protected by covers when not in use.
This is a rare opportunity to acquire a beautifully maintained and extensively cared-for Salpa Laver 31.5 that is ready to be enjoyed. The only reason for sale is that the owner now feels it is time to move up to a larger boat.
Early viewing is highly recommended, as boats presented to this standard rarely come onto the market.

Accommodation :
The Salpa Laver 31.5 offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to six people, with approximately 2 metres of headroom throughout much of the interior. The accommodation is finished with attractive cream leather upholstery, rich, well-cared-for high-gloss interior, creating a light and comfortable environment for weekends afloat or longer cruises.
The saloon provides a sociable seating area around a central dining table, with additional berths available when required. The well-equipped galley features a two-burner gas hob, microwave, 12V refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink and ample storage, together with a radio/CD player and TV.
The separate heads compartment is fitted with a marine toilet, wash basin and shower, together with a substantial 100-litre holding tank.
Pressurised hot and cold water is supplied throughout the boat, including the galley, heads and cockpit, from a 200-litre freshwater tank. The hot water is heated by the engine via a Calafior tank and via a 240V immersion heater.
One of the standout features is the large aft cockpit, which provides an excellent space for relaxing and entertaining. It incorporates generous seating around a cockpit table, together with a useful sink, making it ideal for enjoying time aboard with family and friends.
