The yacht has undergone a complete refit in 2016/2017. Both above- and underwater and technically, the ship is completely up-to-date and suitable for many years of very comfortable stay on the water. This vessel is equipped with CE-D and is offered incl. VAT. For the business buyer the VAT can be reclaimed.
Instead of the conventional propeller shaft, this VaarHuis is driven by a hydraulic 'HY-Prop' of the brand Hydrosta (Zwartsluis). This propeller turns approximately 160*. Together with the hydraulic bow and stern thruster you can sail virtually transverse. This combination makes this VaarHuis the best sailing houseboat in its class.
The entire technique is checked and serviced before delivery. Ready for many beautiful seasons to come!
