Check out this great live-aboard vessel: 1979 Ocean Yacht 40+2 Flying Bridge Trawler, re powered with Twin 1984 Caterpillar 3208 with only 2000 hours, she's barely broken in!
There were only 30 trawlers that Ocean Yachts built in 1979 - 1980 - own a piece of history!
She has a large pilot house, two staterooms and two heads.
Most of the interior has been redone, and is very nice. In the galley is a large newer refrigerator/freezer, a sink with marble countertop and cabinets and a beautiful mahogany bar area with storage compartments.
The Spacious Galley and Living area are separated by the Aft Stateroom and forward V-berth Stateroom, which both include a head and shower, with an additional tub in the Aft Stateroom.
There is ample rear deck room with a swim platform, & Fly Bridge with isinglass all the way around!
