Major works include a W5 overhaul of both main engines in January 2024, new teak decks, professional exterior paintwork, new through-hulls and valves, overhauled crane, passerelle, windlass and bow thruster, new electronic throttles, Raymarine Axiom+ navigation upgrade, and a recent survey report confirming the yacht's reported excellent condition. Powered by twin Detroit Diesel GM 16V92TA 1,392 HP shaft-drive diesel engines with approximately 40 recorded engine hours at the time of listing following overhaul, she is offered EU VAT Paid.

/ REF1703: This Maiora 28m is very well maintained and with extensive refit works carried out recently (2022-24) with a cost of 300.000€ (invoices available during a visit to the yacht), such as among other, W5 main engines’ overhauling in January 2024 (cost 170.000€), replacement of exhaust piping, teak deck replacement, crane overhauling, gangway overhauling, batteries’ replacement, windlass overhauling, through-hulls/valves replacement, service of bow thruster, removal/service of propeller shafts and propellers, replacement of cutlass bearings & shafts' seals, replacement of marine heads, replacement of plotter and throttles, replacement of black water tank and replacement of ceiling panels’ sheathing, generator’s exhaust piping was replaced in March 2024. New cleats were installed in the bathing platform. All the light switches were replaced. LED lights throughout. A/C in all interior areas including crew. Painted professionally in 2023.
