Lagoon 46 Flybridge (sailboat) for sale

Lagoon 46 Primrose – Owner’s Version, Privately Used and Exceptionally Equipped
Primrose is a Lagoon 46 Owner’s Version, privately used, never chartered, and professionally maintained. Based in French Polynesia, she is a well-prepared cruising catamaran with the equipment, autonomy, and comfort required for extended time aboard in the Pacific.

The Lagoon 46 is one of Lagoon’s most successful recent models, combining generous interior volume, practical deck circulation, strong outdoor living spaces, and manageable sailing systems. Primrose builds on this platform with a particularly complete specification, including significant energy independence, full air conditioning, a hydraulic Tenderlift platform, upgraded galley equipment, and a full Raymarine navigation package.

Owner’s Version Layout
Primrose is the highly desirable Owner’s Version of the Lagoon 46, offering a dedicated owner’s hull with a large private cabin, ensuite bathroom, storage, and working/living space. The guest accommodation is comfortable and practical, making the boat well suited for private cruising as a couple, with family, or with guests on board.
The saloon is bright and open, with large panoramic windows and excellent visibility. It connects naturally with the aft cockpit, creating a practical central living area for meals, navigation planning, relaxing, and entertaining.

Excellent Outdoor Living Spaces
One of the key strengths of the Lagoon 46 is the choice of outdoor spaces. Primrose offers three main exterior areas:
* A spacious aft cockpit with teak decking
* A forward cockpit for quieter moments at anchor
* A flybridge with helm station, seating, and excellent visibility
This layout gives the crew several separate areas to use throughout the day, which is particularly valuable during long-term cruising.
The wide aft transoms and hydraulic Tenderlift platform make access to the water simple and secure. The platform is ideal for launching the tender, swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and managing daily life at anchor.

Built for Extended Cruising
Primrose has been equipped for long periods away from marinas. Her energy system is a major feature of the boat, with:
* 2,200 W solar array
* 2,400 Ah Victron lithium battery bank
* Twin Victron Quattro 5,000 W inverter/chargers
* High-output Balmar alternators on each engine
* 12 kVA generator
This setup supports comfortable life aboard, including refrigeration, air conditioning, induction cooking, electronics, and everyday domestic use. For cruising in French Polynesia and the wider Pacific, this level of autonomy is a significant advantage.

Comfort on Board
Primrose offers a very high level of onboard comfort. Equipment includes full air conditioning, two large refrigerators, two freezers, an ice maker, induction cooktop, premium electric oven, electric freshwater toilets, and a refined white oak interior with dark flooring.
The combination of air conditioning, strong energy capacity, and upgraded galley equipment makes the boat particularly comfortable for warm-climate cruising.

Sailing and Handling
The Lagoon 46 is designed to be easily handled by a private crew. Primrose is equipped with reinforced Dacron sails, a self-tacking jib, a Mylar Code 0, and a full electric winch package.
The helm station provides good visibility and practical access to sail controls, while the deck layout allows safe movement around the boat. For owners planning inter-island passages, offshore sailing, or extended Pacific cruising, the boat offers a reassuring and manageable platform.

Navigation and Electronics
Primrose is fitted with a complete Raymarine navigation suite, including:
* 16-inch multifunction display
* Radar
* AIS transceiver
* RealVision 3D sonar
This is a complete and modern electronics package, suitable for both coastal navigation and offshore passage making.

Tender and Cruising Equipment
Primrose is also equipped with a Highfield 3.40 m RIB tender and 20 hp outboard, a strong and practical combination for Pacific cruising. Additional equipment includes underwater lighting, freshwater and seawater washdown systems, and a full cockpit and helm enclosure with clear weather panels.
These details make the boat easier to use day to day, especially when living at anchor for extended periods.

Maintenance and Condition
Primrose has never been operated as a charter vessel and has benefited from professional maintenance throughout her ownership. Her owners have maintained her to a high standard, with attention given not only to comfort equipment but also to the systems that matter for serious cruising.
For buyers looking for a Lagoon 46 already located in the Pacific, privately used, well equipped, and ready for extended cruising, Primrose represents a rare opportunity.
