Tagestour oder Wochenende – die Four Winns 248 Vista macht keinen Unterschied. Während die meisten Boote dieser Länge nach dem Nachmittag am Steg enden, lädt diese hier zum Bleiben ein: V-Koje im Bug, zweite Koje unter dem Cockpit, Kabine mit Kombüse und Kirschen-Holzausbau. Wer am Freitagabend ablegt, kommt am Sonntag zurück – und hat dazwischen das Boot genutzt, wofür es gebaut wurde.
Der Volvo Penta 5.0 GXi mit 280 PS über Stern Drive bringt den Rumpf verlässlich auf Plane. Mit 265 Litern Tankvolumen reicht eine Füllung für ausgedehnte Touren, ohne Streckenplanung nach Tankstellen. Das GFK gibt dem Rumpf eine Langlebigkeit, die in dieser Klasse nicht selbstverständlich ist – gepflegter Gelcoat, solide Substanz.
An Bord Platz für bis zu acht Personen komfortabel: U-förmige Sitzlandschaft achtern, breite Schwimmplattform, doppelbreiter Steuerstand. Die 248 Vista ist kein enges Boot – mit 7,98 m Länge und 2,55 m Breite fühlt sie sich an wie ein 28-Fuß-Boot, zahlt aber Liegegeld für 26 Fuß.
