This beautiful fully equipped and suitable for rental and personal use Campi 400 is delivered in February 2022. The price is for the Campi 400 including many options and transport costs (from Poland to the Netherlands) are also included in the price. New this boat including transport to the Netherlands and all options would be about 140.000 euro excl. VAT. Including bow thruster and 1 x 25 HP Motor.
The boat has been one year in the rental and is therefore price excl VAT. The VAT can still be settled.
Campi houseboat is built with steel frame and double glass windows. Polythene floats.
Nice spacious living room with sofa bed with large kitchen. Campi 400 has 2 bedrooms. The 2nd room has a bunk bed.
Special with the Campi 400 is the nice sturdy wooden staircase that goes outside to the roof terrace. All around with beautiful stainless steel railings.
In the spring of 2024 the boat goes out of the water and the roof will be laminated and painted again. (Warranty, so no additional cost)
