Avance 40 (sailboat) for sale

Avance 40, designed by Sparkman & Stephens and built by AB Öja Båtar/Avance Yachts in Finland.

Here is an opportunity to acquire a true blue-water sailing yacht at a very attractive price – although the buyer should expect that the yacht requires a substantial refit.

Below deck, there are two separate cabins. The main saloon features a large, well-designed U-shaped galley to starboard by the companionway, equipped with an oven, sink, refrigerator and gas cooker. Opposite is a very spacious navigation station.

Further forward is a passageway with a roomy heads compartment to starboard, followed by the forward cabin with a double V-berth. The interior has a classic and highly functional layout, beautifully finished throughout with fine woodwork of a quality reminiscent of Swan yachts.

The Avance 40 is an exceptionally fast and comfortable cruising yacht whose elegant lines still attract admiring glances from knowledgeable sailors.

The yacht is offered at a very attractive price, as the owner is motivated to achieve a quick sale. The buyer should expect to invest some work in bringing this beautiful and very rare example fully up to date – making this an excellent opportunity to acquire a remarkable yacht at a favourable price.
