Remarks :
2011 Jeanneau NC9 for sale in Kent:
This Jeanneau NC9 motorboat was built in 2011 to 2012 specification. this particular boat was the fourth to be built. The NC9 was only the second model in the then newly created NC range, following in the footsteps of the original NC11. It has a practical walkaround design, enclosed main deck with clean Scandinavian styling. The NC9 can be used all-year-round and provides a halfway house between the Merry Fisher range of pilothouse craft and the sportier but open backed leader range. This NC9 has been well looked after and maintained. She has the Volvo D4 -260 260HP engines with only 580 hours as of 18th January 2024. She is being sold as seen, hence the competitive pricing
A marine mortgage is available on this vessel subject to the lenders terms and conditions.
Accommodation :
This Jeanneau NC9 has a very roomy fully enclosed wheelhouse with sliding side windows, a sliding door to Port and opening patio doors. It has a folding helm seat to port. The saloon has two settees to starboard that can convert to a double berth. Both seats also have fold over backrests to enable all passengers to face forward when under way.
Forward and to Port is a double berth under the saloon floor which is light and airy due to the large portholes. Opposite is the Heads which has a white sink mounted in a vanity unit with a marine toilet which flushes to a holding tank. The sink has pressurised hot and cold water and a shower attachment.
Forward of the Heads is the owner cabin with a central berth which lifts to give access to a storage area. It has a small hanging locker.
The Galley runs all the way along the port side of the saloon with plenty of cupboards and drawer space around the two-burner gas hob and oven. The stainless-steel sink has pressurised hot and cold water that is heated by the engine via a calorifier and 240v immersion heater. The galley also has a 12v/240v Fridge with freezer compartment. This NC9 also has the benefit of diesel cabin heating throughout.
The patio doors led out to a large aft cockpit for a boat of its size with all round seating with cockpit cushions. It provides easy access to the engine as well as good storage lockers for warps, fenders and the liferaft.
