We are offering for sale a Bavaria 49 well upgraded and Professionally maintained.
Key Facts:
• 5 cabins and 3 toilets.
• New furling mainsail and genoa (2016).
• Spinnaker with spinnaker boom (2017).
• New Volvo Penta D2-75 Engine (2016) – approx. 2500 hours.
• Solar cells on the arch.
• 6 batteries in total.
• Bow thruster.
CONSTRUCTION
Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:
• The hull and deck are made of fiberglass reinforced polyester.
• Built-in bathing platform in the transom with fold-up bathing and rescue ladder.
Keel & Rudder:
• The keel, about 3.9 tons, is made of lead and attached to the hull with stainless steel bolts.
• Spade rudder.
• The autopilot is connected directly to the rudder post.
• The emergency tiller can be mounted directly on top of the rudder post under the hatch at the aft part of the cockpit.

Engine & Gearboxes:
• Volvo Penta D2-75.
• Shaft drive.
Maintenance & Performance:
• Engine hours approx. 2500.
Propulsion & Steering:
• Shaft drive with fixed 3-blade propeller.
• Bow thruster in tunnel.
• Engine control and bow thruster control panel at star board steering wheel in the cockpit.
• Two steering wheels in the cockpit are connected by chain and links to the rudder post.

• Head sail sheet track on deck, with adjustable sheet traveller, operated from the cockpit.

• 2 x Harken 48ST, for halyards/ropes from mast and boom. Placed on the coach roof on each side of the sliding hatch, incl. stoppers, spinlock, on each side.
• 2 x Harken 56ST, for jib and genoa sheet.
• 2 x Harken 46ST, for sheets and other head sail ropes. Placed aft of the 56ST winches.
• Manual winch on mast for furling in and out the mainsail. Also operated by rope from the cockpit.
