The deckhouse, used as a living room, provides pleasant access to the outside, where you can enjoy the atmosphere and charm of the historic city centre. From the deckhouse, the aft cabin is accessible. Forwards are the master cabin and bathroom with massage shower, washbasin and toilet. Further forward is the spacious salon with a large open galley. The forepeak, now used for storage, is accessible from the salon through a watertight door. An important advantage is the possibility for the buyer to take over the official rented residential mooring.
