Very nice 2007 X-Yachts X-43 Modern, a fast and high-performance cruising yacht, renowned for its excellent build quality, safety, comfort and outstanding sailing characteristics. Privately owned yacht, regularly maintained and professionally monitored.
Volvo Penta D2-55 engine – 2,600 hours, folding three-blade Flexofold propeller and MaxPower bow thruster. Accommodation includes 3 cabins / 2 heads, 2 black water holding tanks, 400 L fresh water tank and 130 L fuel tank.
The yacht features a teak deck sanded and re-caulked in 2024, standing rigging replaced in 2025 and rudder bearings replaced in 2025. Comprehensive sail inventory including: 2021 Technique Voile mainsail with Harken track, Technique Voile genoa, North Sails genoa, North Sails Solent, 2024 Voilerie Phocéenne gennaker, North Sails / Voilerie Phocéenne asymmetric and symmetric spinnakers, storm jib and spinnaker pole. Reckmann RS2000 genoa furler and 6 winches, including 3 electric winches.
Comprehensive navigation and electronics package: AIS, radar, Sailor VHF, Raytheon E80, Autohelm 6001G autopilot with remote control, ST60 instruments, log, depth sounder, wind instruments and navigation system. Additional equipment includes electric windlass, 20 kg stainless-steel Spade anchor with 50 m of 10 mm stainless-steel chain, 100 W removable solar panel, Mastervolt battery charger, heating/water heater, refrigerator, oven, hot and cold water cockpit shower, bimini, retractable sprayhood, lazy bag, cockpit table, folding passerelle and 2019 Arimar 6-person life raft, serviced in February 2025.
Regularly maintained: annual antifouling and haul-out, last hauled out in April 2026. Engine professionally maintained, with the latest service carried out in May 2026. Sail Drive diaphragm replaced in 2021.
The yacht is fully operational and ready to sail, although some work should be considered to bring her to truly immaculate condition, including hull hydrogommage (gentle abrasive cleaning) and, depending on the future sailing programme, renewal of some sails.
