The Mitchell motor yachts are known for their good and solid sailing characteristics at sea, they were built on the English Isle of Wight where they were used around Wight as recreational and fishing craft. Since this is on the open sea and a fast flowing river, they need to be stable and equipped with a strong engine.
The Mitchell 22 Sea Angler MKII which we offer is a wonderful example of how it can also serve as a recreational boat, so there is outside using steering wheel and tiller to sail in good weather and with guests. The cockpit is spacious and wide (2.55m) which makes her suitable for a day on the water with friends / family. In bad weather there is room inside to steer the ship for about 3 people. Thanks to the built-in bow thruster the skipper has full control over the ship with mooring both from the wheelhouse and the cockpit.
The wheelhouse is equipped with various built-in equipment such as chart plotter, depth sounder, VHF radio and on colder days the Eberspracher diesel heater offers a solution, also the winter months are beautiful from the water. The galley is simple and completely renovated and equipped with spacious worktop, large sink and running water. In the forecastle is a spacious V-bed under which the underwater toilet is located, so it is also fine to spend the night on board.
