POPULAR ** ERICSON 35-3 Masthead Sloop ** Fin Keel with Spade Rudder **33HP VETUS diesel engine with 190 hours ** READY TO SET SAIL !!
This Ericson 35 is beautiful, well maintained and a joy to sail.
Most notable is that she has a 33 HP diesel engine and has only 190 hours of use.
The Bruce King designed Ericson 35 yacht which has been crafted to the most exacting standards. Extra attention has been given to details essential to a yacht's comfort, safety and performance under sail.
A solid cruising yacht that does not sacrifice performance even in light to moderate winds.
The "Tri-axial Force Grid distributes mast induced loads through a network of hollow floor beams, significantly improving the hull's stiffness and strength-to-weight ratio.
The interior distinguishes the Ericson 35 from other yachts with such an abundance of teak cabinetry and trim fitted to such precise tolerances. Most of the teak on deck has been refinished. Brand new teak cabin sole. New Bilge pump.
Equipment:

Behind its teak paneled door is the spacious head with stainless steel basin vanity including hot/cold water, compartments, and shelves for toiletries and opening port.
There is a totally separate shower with hot and cold running water, a teak sauna seat, and curtain.
The U-shaped galley has hot/cold pressure water, stainless steel sink, 2 insulated ice boxes (6 1/2-cubic-foot and 2 1/2-cubic foot), a gimballed three-burner CNG stove/oven with chopping block and plenty of drawers, lockers, and cabinets, The tilt-out dish caddy holds ten full place settings and angled wine rack securely holds bottles while underway.
