GIB'SEA 43 (2002)
Well-equipped cruising sailboat for offshore sailing, this model offers 3 to 4 modular cabins, including a convertible owner’s cabin, and 2 bathrooms (chemical and electric toilets).
Powered by a Volvo Penta MD22 engine (injectors and pump overhauled in 2019, new starter in 2024), it is ready for adventure. The navigation electronics include an AIS VHF, a Furuno chartplotter, a Raymarine hydraulic autopilot, and solar panels (3 x 140W) combined with an Aerogen 4 wind generator for enhanced energy autonomy.
The standing rigging was replaced in 2019, and the sails have been recently serviced (genoa from 2020 and mainsail serviced in 2021).
Generous tank capacity: 600L of water and 250L of diesel, ideal for long passages.
Onboard comfort is optimized with a large electric-drain refrigerator, a galley equipped with an oven and gas burners, as well as a windlass serviced in 2024 to ease maneuvering.
This sailboat also features an Alpine audio system with 4 speakers (interior and cockpit) and a robust power setup thanks to new AGM batteries (2023 for house batteries, 2024 for engine battery).
