De Molenmaker & Mantel 11.50 ‘Charon’ uit 1975 is een klassiek en degelijk gebouwd stalen motorjacht met een sfeervolle teakhouten betimmering en praktische indeling.
Aan boord bevinden zich een ruime salon, voorhut met tweepersoonsbed, in totaal vier slaapplaatsen, een keuken met 4-pits kooktoestel en koelkast en een gecombineerde douche- en toiletruimte. Verwarming op diesel maakt het schip geschikt voor een langer vaarseizoen.
De Charon wordt aangedreven door een DAF 475 85 pk 6-cilinder dieselmotor met circa 5.000 draaiuren. Dankzij de dubbele hydraulische besturing en boegschroef is het schip prettig te manoeuvreren.
Het dek en de kuip zijn met teak belegd. Het schilderwerk en de antifouling zijn in 2025 uitgevoerd.... testo completo
