Die Möwe 40 L Futura ist ein handgefertigtes Stahlschiff von der Köppke Werft Stade aus dem Jahr 1997. Der Innenausbau in Massivmahagoni ist original: Vorschiffskajüte ca. 3,25 × 3,25 m, Salon ca. 3,10 × 2,85 m mit L-Sofa und Steuerstand, Achterkajüte ca. 3,60 × 2,30 m mit Doppelbett . Gas- und Dieselheizung (Truma E 4000 A + Eberspächer D8LC) versorgen jeden Raum separat; das Schiff ist ganzjährig bewohnbar. 14 Steckdosen in 230V und 10 in 12V versorgen das komplette Bordsystem ohne Kompromisse.
Die zwei Iveco-Dieselmotoren bilden eine redundante Doppelanlage — fällt einer aus, bleibt das Schiff unter eigener Kraft manövrierfähig. Bug- und Heckstrahlruder ermöglichen sicheres Einhandanlegen auch in engen Schleusen und vollen Marinas. 1.000 Liter Dieselkapazität sichern einen langen Aktionsradius. 1.295 Betriebsstunden zum 25.08.2026, letzte Wartung 2025 — moderat für ein 29-jähriges Schiff.
