This Essence 33, LARGO, is far more than a beautiful daysailer. Under sail, LARGO truly comes into her own. Her powerful rig features a carbon-fibre mast and carbon-fibre boom, rod rigging, carbon-fibre bow sprit, and a Reckmann hydraulic system controlling the backstay, boom Vang and outhaul. Her high-performance North Sails wardrobe comprises a main sail, two gennakers, a G Zero and a furling jib. The deck layout has been carefully designed to remain clean and uncluttered, with lines led discreetly below deck and pop-up cleats maintaining the sleek appearance. The Essence 33 naturally prioritises sailing performance and outdoor living. Nevertheless, she provides beautifully crafted and surprisingly comfortable accommodation, with a V-berth forward, single berths either side of the companionway, a sink with water tap and an electric toilet. There is also ample storage for sailing gear and equipment in the numerous lockers.
