330 PS Innenborder, General Motors — nicht der kleinere Ford-Motor, der in anderen Varianten eingebaut wurde. Für Kenner des Barefoot Nautique Excel ist das der erste Filter: Die GM-Version ist die stärkere, langlebigere Wahl und entsprechend seltener auf dem Markt.
Correct Craft und sein Nautique-Label zählen seit Jahrzehnten zum dreiköpfigen Kreis der Tournier-Wasserskiboote — neben MasterCraft und Malibu. Die Barefoot-Variante des Excel ist für Barfußwasserskifahren ausgelegt, erzeugt ein flacheres Wake als Standardboote dieser Größe und hat einen Rumpf, der auf Geschwindigkeit und Stabilität im niedrigen Wellengang optimiert wurde.
Dieser Excel war beim derzeitigen Eigner nie ein Wasserlieger. Kein Antifouling, immer trocken gelagert — bei einem GFK-Boot dieser Bauart der zuverlässigste Schutz gegen Osmose und Rumpfschäden. 1.507 Betriebsstunden entsprechen einer Nutzung von durchschnittlich 44 Stunden pro Jahr: keine Überlastung, überschaubare Motorgeschichte. Zuletzt gewartet am 22.08.2026. An Backbord bestehen Spider Cracks im Gelcoat — kosmetischer Befund, transparent kommuniziert, kein struktureller Schaden.
