Deze Alm 13.20 AD is een kwalitatief hoogwaardig gebouwd schip wat het hele jaar door in comfort te varen is. De salon, stuurstand, keuken en kuip bevinden zich allemaal op hetzelfde niveau waardoor alle opvarenden bij elkaar kunnen zitten. Op zonnige dagen kan er op de flybridge gestuurd worden. Deze flybridge is via een inwendige luie trap te bereiken. De flybridge is naar wens in te delen om de ruimte optimaal te benutten. Bij wat minder weer kan men achterin de kuip comfortabel zitten, mede doordat de gehele kuip afsluitbaar is met een tent welke in 2024 geplaatst is. Verder wordt het schip geleverd met o.a: recent in 2023 gespoten romp en opbouw door Bonsink Jachtservice, kachelservice 2024, grotendeels nieuwe navigatie apparatuur 2023, r.v.s. dubbele reling, dubbele r.v.s. bolders, grote lazarette onder achterdek met veel bergruimte, vrije doorloop naar het zwemplatform, 3 x dekwaspomp, luxe kussenset in kuip, vaarbank op flybridge, 2 x zij uitstap in gangboord, handmatige loopplank, ruimte entree naar machinekamer, professioneel ingerichte machinekamer, hydrofoor 2023, Hydronautica afstandsebdiening 2025, elektronsiche gashendels 2025, bimini 2025, nieuwe hekschroef 2025, neiuwe service accu's 2025, dubbele brandstoffilter op beide motoren, Raymarine camera systeem (2023) met camera's in de gangboorden en achterschip, goed zicht vanaf stuurstand en flybridge, magneet brandstofreiniging, geen hekschroef bediening op flybridge.
