We are pleased to offer a truly exceptional classic motor yacht from the renowned Swedish Storebro shipyard. The Kungsörnen Orion was built for the discerning buyer who appreciates timeless lines, outstanding craftsmanship and maritime heritage, while also seeking a yacht perfectly suited for comfortable extended cruising.

Built in 1964, this remarkable vessel has been continuously maintained, upgraded and extensively restored over the years. The result is a classic motor yacht that today presents in excellent, well-maintained condition, while retaining its original character and exclusive appearance.

Only 3 Examples Ever Built

The Kungsörnen Orion is an exceptionally rare model. According to available information, only three examples were ever built, making this a unique opportunity to acquire a genuine piece of Scandinavian boating history.

This particular yacht is especially noteworthy, having benefited from substantial investments in maintenance and major restoration projects over the years. Previous owners have kept an extensive record of the work carried out.

Major improvements include the replacement of the teak deck, sections of the hull planking, restoration of the freeboard, replacement of the keel and windows, as well as numerous other upgrades and maintenance projects.

740 HP Volvo Penta Power

In 2006, the yacht was upgraded with twin Volvo Penta TAMD 63P-A engines, each delivering 370 HP, providing an impressive combined output of 740 HP.

These robust and reliable engines are presented in good condition. The combination of traditional Storebro craftsmanship and the more modern, powerful Volvo Penta engines makes the Kungsörnen Orion far more than just a beautiful classic. This is a yacht designed to be enjoyed, offering excellent opportunities for extended cruising and countless memorable hours on the water.

Spacious and Comfortable Accommodation

On board, you will find a large and inviting cockpit with plenty of space for relaxing, entertaining and enjoying life on the water.

The aft cabin offers two berths and a private toilet. The forward cabin features a double berth in the bow, while the spacious saloon provides comfortable seating areas that can be converted into four additional berths.

The yacht also features a well-equipped galley and a separate toilet compartment with washbasin, making her highly suitable for both weekend getaways and longer stays on board.
